  • Hello! Right knee is healing nicely. No walker or brace and very little cane use happening. Still limping though. But sooo much better. It's taken a couple months to get this far. One more PT appointment Oct 11 and then it's just me and RtKnee working on healing and getting stronger. Now if I could just make enough money to heal my mental health that has deteriorated because of poverty and being homeless. #injuryrecovery #damagedcartilageinknee #ithurts #healing
  • A cold morning in SoCal. Fall is definitely here.
  • My morning Metformin dose. I'm afraid to take it. Yesterday my blood sugar dipped really low from not eating and I was freezing cold and groggy, eventually knocking out for a couple hours. This morning I'm a little cold and am afraid my blood sugar will drop again from not eating. Since I don't have $ for food, I'm afraid to take the metformin and have my blood sugar be too low again.
